Set up your Steam Frame
Once per Frame: run one line on the Frame, click Allow on your PC, done. No address, code or password to type.

On your PC
Open FramePort (download) and click Steam Frame → Start setup. Keep that page open.

On the Frame
Open the SteamVR dashboard → Launch a program → Desktop, then app menu → System → Konsole, and run the setup line:

Allow it on the PC
When Konsole and FramePort show the same 4 digits, click Allow. Steam restarts once and FramePort connects within a minute.
What it changes on the Frame
- Nothing until you click Allow on the PC.
- Then it lets FramePort connect, turns on Developer Mode and asks Steam to install Lepton (Valve's Android app support).

Other ways
Setup command
FramePort → Steam Frame → Use the setup command shows a line with your PC's address and a one-time code. Use it when the setup line can't find your PC.
USB cable
Turn on Developer Mode (Steam button → Settings → System), plug the Frame into your PC and click Set up with a USB cable.
Pair new host
With Developer Mode on, open Settings → Developer → Pair new host on the Frame. In FramePort, click Connect next to it under Already set up, then approve it in the headset.

Know the Frame's address and desktop password? Use Enter the address.
